- Recruit experienced insurance sales professionals under Param and Prahri categories.

- Identify and onboard suitable candidates with insurance sales experience.

- Build and manage a team of Param and Prahri associates.

- Train, motivate and support the recruited team to achieve business targets.

- Monitor team performance and drive insurance business through the team.

- Experience in insurance sales and recruitment/team handling.

- Hindi communication is mandatory.

- Good communication and relationship management skills.

- Experience in building insurance sales teams is preferred.
