  • Recruit and manage Officer PARAM and Officer PRAHARI.

  • Guide officers to sell life insurance products to defence personnel.

  • Officer PARAM focuses on CAPF and paramilitary personnel.

  • Officer PRAHARI focuses on Army, Navy and Air Force personnel.

  • Support the team in generating business and achieving sales targets.

  • Monitor team performance and drive business growth.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Must have experience in Life Insurance sales.

  • Agency Channel experience is preferred.

  • Experience in team handling and recruitment is preferred.

  • Good communication and leadership skills.

  • Hindi knowledge is mandatory.
