JOB DESCRIPTION – ICICI PRUDENTIAL LIFE INSURANCE

Channel: Bancassurance – IndusInd Bank
CTC: Up to ₹5 LPA
Age Limit: Up to 30 years
Qualification: Graduate

Job Responsibilities

• Drive life insurance sales through the assigned IndusInd Bank branches.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with bank branch managers and staff.

• Generate leads through bank walk-in customers, referrals, and existing customer databases.

• Explain life insurance products and recommend suitable policies based on customer needs.

• Coordinate with bank staff to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

• Conduct joint customer meetings and follow up on prospective leads to close business.

• Ensure timely policy applications, documentation, and policy issuance.

• Provide excellent customer service and support policy renewals.

• Maintain daily sales reports and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
