• Recruit, develop, and manage agents and agency partners.

• Generate business leads and expand the customer base.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and customers.

• Provide product knowledge and sales support to agency partners.

• Locality: Candidate must be a local resident (4 years ) of the respective location. 

• Vehicle: Must own 2/4-wheeler and have a valid Driving Licence (DL). 

• Experience: Fresher. 

• Candidate should be comfortable with field sales. 

• Communication: Good communication skills required.

• Maximum Age: 26 years.

• Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate – only recent pass-outs.
