Recruit, onboard, and develop Life Insurance Advisors / Financial Consultants.

Drive business through the recruitment and activation of new advisors.

Generate life insurance business through the agency distribution network.

Train, coach, and motivate advisors to achieve sales targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with advisors and customers.

Monitor advisor productivity, sales performance, and business growth.

Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDAI guidelines.

Experience in Life Insurance Agency Sales or Agency Development preferred.

Experience in advisor recruitment, activation, and business development.

Strong communication, sales, and relationship management skills.

Ability to achieve business targets and develop a productive advisor network.

Graduate preferred, subject to company requirements.
