Job Description
- Customer Meetings: Conduct daily customer meetings and visits.
- Lead Generation: Create leads through campaigns, cold calling, and local networking.
- Business Targets: Achieve assigned business targets for loans, CASA (Current Account Savings Account), or insurance/wealth products.
- Documentation & Tracking: Handle initial documentation, application logins, and issuance tracking via Lead Management Systems (LMS).
- Customer Servicing: Provide post-sales service, manage renewals, and resolve client queries
Desired Candidate Profile
- Qualifications: Graduate degree in any discipline preferred.
- Experience: Preference for candidates with prior experience in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance (BFSI), or Loans.
- Skills: Strong local network, sound understanding of financial products, and good communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional languages.
- Profile Traits: Local candidates preferred, with stable work history records and complete employment/education documentation.
