Manage business growth and achieve territory GWP targets.

Recruit and develop Associate Branch Managers (ABMs).

Train, coach, and guide ABMs to improve performance.

Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance advisors and customers.

Improve agency channel productivity and business performance.

Provide field support and ensure smooth customer service.

Develop and expand the agency business in the assigned territory.

Graduate in any discipline.

6–8 years of experience in the Agency Channel.

Minimum 2 years of team-handling experience in the Agency Partner Channel.
