Job Description
  • Manage and guide a team of Banca Sales Managers/Relationship Managers to achieve business targets.
  • Drive health insurance business through bank branch networks.
  • Train, motivate and monitor the team to improve sales performance.
  • Build strong relationships with Branch Managers and bank staff.
  • Ensure regular lead generation and business conversion through the branch team.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, branch visits and performance reviews.
  • Support the team in customer meetings, product presentations and sales closure.
  • Track individual and team performance and take corrective actions when required.
  • Ensure proper follow-up on leads and maintain consistent business generation.
  • Achieve monthly sales, recruitment and team performance targets.
    • Desired Candidate Profile
  • 2+ years of experience in Health / Life / General Insurance or BFSI.
  • Experience in Banca Channel and Team Handling preferred.
  • Good communication, leadership and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
  • Strong understanding of banking and insurance sales.
