Job Description
  • Handle and manage a team of Insurance Advisors/Agents to achieve monthly business targets.
  • Recruit, onboard and build a strong team of Insurance Advisors.
  • Train, guide and motivate the team to improve sales performance.
  • Drive health insurance business through the agency team.
  • Monitor individual and team performance and ensure regular business generation.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, field visits and customer meetings.
  • Support advisors in lead generation, customer acquisition and business conversion.
  • Maintain strong relationships with advisors and customers.
  • Drive advisor activation and ensure consistent team productivity.
  • Achieve monthly sales, recruitment and team performance targets.
    • Desired Candidate Profile
  • 2+ years of experience in Health / Life / General Insurance or BFSI.
  • Experience in Agency Channel and Team Handling preferred.
  • Good leadership, communication and relationship management skills.
  • Strong ability to recruit, train and manage a sales team.
  • Target-oriented with good field sales experience.
