Job Description
  • Recruit and onboard new Insurance Advisors/Agents.
  • Build and maintain a strong agency advisor network.
  • Train and motivate advisors to achieve sales targets.
  • Generate health insurance business through advisors and referrals.
  • Drive advisor activation and regular business performance.
  • Conduct field visits, customer meetings and promotional activities.
  • Maintain good relationships with advisors and customers.
  • Achieve monthly business and recruitment targets.


Desired Candidate Profile
  • 1+ year experience in Health / Life / General Insurance or BFSI Sales.
  • Experience in Agency Channel preferred.
  • Good communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to recruit, train and manage insurance advisors.
  • Target-oriented and comfortable with field sales.
