Job Description
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop insurance advisors/agents.
  • Drive Health Insurance business through the agency channel.
  • Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
  • Train and motivate agents to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and customers.
  • Conduct regular field visits and support agents in business generation.
  • Ensure achievement of monthly sales and recruitment targets.
  • Provide quality customer service and timely follow-ups.
    • Desired Candidate Profile
  • Experience in General Insurance / Health Insurance / Agency Sales preferred.
  • Strong communication, sales, and relationship-management skills.
  • Target-oriented with good team-building abilities.
  • Candidates with relevant BFSI experience preferred.
