Job Description
  • Manage and develop the Agency Channel across the assigned territory.
  • Recruit, onboard and support Insurance Advisors/Agents.
  • Drive business through the agency network and achieve assigned targets.
  • Build strong relationships with agents and support them in customer acquisition.
  • Conduct regular field visits, meetings and performance reviews.
  • Train and motivate agents on products, processes and business opportunities.
  • Monitor team performance and ensure consistent business growth.
  • Handle the assigned territory and maintain strong market presence.

    Eligibility:

    • Graduation mandatory
    • Experience in Health Insurance / General Insurance / Agency Channel / BFSI preferred
    • Good communication, relationship management and team-handling skills
    • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
