Job Description

Generate leads and convert them into health insurance customers
• Explain health insurance plans and benefits to customers
• Handle customer queries and provide suitable policy solutions
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Build and maintain good customer relationships
• Follow up with leads and complete the sales process
• Coordinate with the bank/branch team where applicable

Desired Candidate Profile

ny Graduate / Post Graduate
• 1+ year experience in BFSI / Insurance Sales preferred
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Sales and target-oriented approach
