Job Description
  • Manage relationships with bank branches and customers.
  • Identify and develop insurance business opportunities through the bank channel.
  • Coordinate with bank staff to generate leads and support business growth.
  • Guide customers on suitable insurance products and services.
  • Maintain strong relationships with branch teams and customers.
  • Achieve assigned business targets and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Prior experience in insurance, BFSI, NBFC, or bancassurance is preferred.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Experience in Bancassurance / Insurance / BFSI / NBFC preferred.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and customer-handling abilities.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with bank branch teams.
  • Target-oriented with a proactive approach.
