·         Devise the region’s Business plans encompassing ­Sales, Human Resources, Finance and Industry Affairs,

·         Implementation of Business Plan

·         Evaluate business results as per Plan.

·         Drive the Development of the organization's strategy on business

·         Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

·         Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

·         Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in educational institutions.

·         Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.

·         Recruit, train, mentor, and manage Regional Sales Managers, Area Managers, and Sales Executives.

·         Set clear KPIs and performance expectations for the sales team.

·         Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and field visits.

·         Foster a high-performance, customer-focused sales culture.

·         Prepare regional business plans, sales forecasts, and pipeline reports.

·         Analyse sales performance and implement corrective actions where needed.

·         Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Customer Success teams to drive business growth.

·         Team productivity and target achievement.

·  5+ years of relevant experience exclusively in Sales.

·  Education sector sales experience will be given first preference.

·  Proven experience in achieving sales targets and managing a sales team.

·  Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

·  Good understanding of the education market.

·  Strong target-oriented and result-driven approach.

·  Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

·  Willingness to travel across the assigned region.
