  • Handle direct customer acquisition through various channels.
  • Identify and develop new customer relationships.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
  • Generate business through leads, referrals, and direct customer interactions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Follow up with customers throughout the sales process.

  • Graduation is mandatory.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Life Insurance / Direct Channel / BFSI preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good customer handling and relationship management abilities.
  • Candidates with relevant insurance experience will be preferred.
