Roles & Responsibilities:
- Generate life insurance business through bank branch leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with bank staff and customers.
- Identify customer financial needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
- Conduct customer meetings and assist with policy sales.
- Achieve assigned business and sales targets.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with bank officials to maximize business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Desired Candidate Profile
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Bancassurance, Life Insurance, Banking, BFSI, or Sales.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented with a customer-focused approach.
- Willing to travel within the assigned bank branches.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
