The candidate will independently conduct Third Party claim investigations and gather field evidence without relying on external field investigators. The role covers operations across Bangalore 

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field investigations for high-risk cases, claims, and suspicious activities.

• Verify customer details, documents, and physical assets as per company protocols.

• Collect evidence, prepare detailed investigation reports, and submit findings to the Risk Management team.

• Identify potential fraud, compliance breaches, and operational risks during field visits.

• Ensure timely completion of investigations within defined SLAs.

• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all investigation-related data.

• Graduate (10+2+3) with a minimum 7 years for Lead and 1 year for Specialist of proven experience in the insurance domain.

• Experience in field operations and/or TP claim handling.

• Possesses a positive attitude and the ability to learn quickly.

• Proficient in English and Kannada
