Job Description
  • Recruit and onboard Insurance Advisors/Financial Consultants.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate advisors to achieve sales targets.
  • Drive Life Insurance business through the agency network.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with advisors and customers.
  • Conduct regular field activities, joint calls, and customer meetings.
  • Ensure advisor activation, productivity, and retention.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
  • Monitor advisor performance and provide continuous coaching.
  • Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations and company policies.
  • Generate business through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
    • Desired Candidate Profile
  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 1–8 years of experience in Sales.
  • Experience in Life Insurance Agency Channel is preferred.
  • Candidates from Banking, NBFC, Financial Services, Mutual Funds, Telecom, Pharma, or FMCG with strong field sales experience can also apply.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship management skills.
  • Local candidates with market knowledge preferred.
