Job Description

* Generate revenue through leads from 4–5 assigned banks

* Communicate and implement incentive programs for bank staff

* Ensure smooth sales completion (medical reports & policy issuance)

* Identify and develop new market segments

* Build strong customer base for cross-selling & up-selling

* Maintain long-term relationships with bank staff

Desired Candidate Profile

* Age: Up to 30 years

* Graduate / Postgraduate 

* Minimum 1 year of sales experience(Minimum 6 months into Life Insurance Experience) MANDATORY
