Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partner bank branches.
  • Coordinate with Branch Managers and bank staff to generate customer leads.
  • Explain insurance products and recommend suitable plans to customers.
  • Conduct customer meetings and joint calls with bank employees.
  • Assist customers with policy documentation and issuance.
  • Provide post-sales service and resolve customer queries.
  • Conduct product awareness sessions for bank staff.
  • Maintain daily activity reports and ensure timely follow-up on leads.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 1–5 years of experience in Bancassurance, Insurance Sales, Banking Sales, or Financial Services.
  • Good communication and relationship management skills.
  • Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
  • Willing to travel within the assigned bank branches.
