Industry background – EdTech, insurance, telecom & banking sector. Language: English & Tamil Age: Between 25 to 30 years. Salary: 5,40,000 to 6,00,000 LPA (₹45,000 – ₹50,000 per month Take home) Skills: o Strong public speaking and presentation skills o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills o Basic computer knowledge, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) o Ability to multi-task and meet targets Key Responsibilities: • Support Chennai centre and franchisees in executing marketing activities. • Conduct presentations for new and existing parents to promote SIP Abacus programs. • Motivate and convince franchisees to invest in marketing initiatives. • Work towards increasing student admissions across centres. • Identify and sign up new schools for marketing campaigns and promotional activities. • Coordinate and support local marketing campaigns with franchise partners. Other Criteria: • Should be proactive, persuasive, and comfortable interacting with parents and school authorities. • Be willing to work on weekends (mainly Sundays) for promotional events and parent interactions. • Own two-wheeler for travel. • Native of Chennai. • Willingness to travel within Chennai for marketing and business development activities.
