Job Description
  • Recruit and develop a team of Insurance Advisors/Agents.
  • Train, motivate, and support advisors to achieve sales targets.
  • Drive life insurance business through the agency channel.
  • Monitor advisor performance and provide regular coaching.
  • Conduct field activities, joint calls, and customer meetings with advisors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and advisors.
  • Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and regulatory compliance.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports and business updates.


Desired Candidate Profile
  • Any Graduate.
  • Minimum 1–5 years of experience in Life Insurance, Agency Channel, BFSI, or Sales.
  • Experience in advisor recruitment and team handling is preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned location.
