Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and motivate insurance advisors.
- Drive life insurance sales through the Agency Channel.
- Support advisors in lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of sales targets.
- Build strong customer relationships and provide quality service.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Desired Candidate Profile
Eligibility
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Experience in Life Insurance, BFSI, Agency Sales, or Field Sales is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales.
