Job Description
  • Generate new business through direct sales activities.
  • Meet prospective customers and understand their insurance needs.
  • Promote and sell Tata AIA Life Insurance products such as Term Plans, Savings Plans, ULIPs, Retirement Plans, and Child Plans.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 1–4 years of experience in BFSI, Life Insurance, Banking, or Direct Sales.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Target-oriented with a passion for sales.
  • Age: Up to 35 years.
