Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and develop a team of Insurance Advisors/Agents.
- Train, motivate, and support advisors to achieve sales targets.
- Generate life insurance business through the agency channel.
- Drive business by conducting joint sales calls with advisors.
- Monitor advisor performance and ensure target achievement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with advisors and customers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Submit timely sales reports and maintain accurate documentation.
Desired Candidate Profile
Eligibility:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–5 years of experience in Sales, Insurance, Banking, FMCG, Telecom, NBFC, or Financial Services.
- Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for business development.
