Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

 

  • Generate business through direct sales of life insurance products.
  • Meet prospective customers and explain insurance solutions.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Follow up on leads provided by the company and generate self-sourced leads.
  • Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and policy closures.
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance.
  • Provide after-sales service and policy support to customers.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 1–5 years of experience in sales (Insurance, Banking, Telecom, NBFC, FMCG, Retail, etc.).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence customers.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned location.

  • Basic knowledge of insurance products is preferred.
