Job Description
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with bank branch staff and customers.
  • Generate life insurance/business through bank leads and customer referrals.
  • Conduct customer meetings to understand financial and insurance needs.
  • Promote and sell insurance products to bank customers.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Provide product training and support to bank employees.
  • Ensure smooth policy issuance and documentation.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and post-sales support.
  • Maintain compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.

  • Regularly coordinate with branch managers and insurance teams for business growth.
    • Desired Candidate Profile
  • Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
  • Freshers or candidates with sales experience can apply (as per company requirements).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and customer-handling abilities.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Basic knowledge of insurance and banking products is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned branch locations.
