Job Description
- Generate life insurance business through assigned ICICI Bank branches.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with branch managers and bank employees.
- Meet customers referred by the bank and provide financial protection solutions.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable life insurance products.
- Conduct sales presentations and policy discussions with customers.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company guidelines.
- Provide after-sales support and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in sales, banking, insurance, financial services, or relationship management is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills may also apply.
