Key Responsibilities

• Achieve business targets through field sales of insurance products.
• Recruit, train, and develop a team of insurance advisors/agents.
• Motivate and guide advisors to generate business consistently.
• Accompany advisors on customer meetings and assist in sales closures.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service.
• Monitor team performance and drive productivity.
• Implement company sales strategies to achieve growth objectives.

Eligibility Criteria

• Age: Upto 30 yrs
• Qualification: Plus Two / Graduation / Post Graduation
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of sales experience (Insurance experience preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good relationship-building and team management abilities
• Target-oriented with a positive attitude
• High integrity and professionalism
• Willingness to travel and undertake field sales activities
