Job Description
  • Recruit and onboard insurance advisors/agents.
  • Develop and maintain a productive agency network.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate advisors to achieve sales goals.
  • Generate health insurance business through the agency channel.
  • Monitor advisor performance and provide regular support.
  • Ensure achievement of branch sales and revenue targets.
  • Conduct field activities, customer meetings, and joint sales calls.
  • Maintain strong relationships with advisors and customers.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

  • Submit periodic sales reports and business updates.

    Eligibility Criteria

    • Minimum 1 year of experience in the Agency Channel with any insurance company.
    • Graduate in any discipline preferred.
    • Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-management skills.
    • Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
    • Local market knowledge will be an advantage.

    Compensation

     

    • Maximum CTC: ₹5.5 LPA
