Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate customer leads through market mapping, referrals, digital outreach, networking events, and other prospecting activities.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual premium targets across Life Insurance products, including Term Plans, ULIPs, Savings Plans, and Annuities.
  • Identify, recruit, train, and activate high-potential Point of Sales Persons (POSPs) to expand distribution and business reach.
  • Build and manage relationships with corporates, SMEs, NBFCs, MFIs, and Fintech companies for insurance business opportunities.
  • Present and promote Group Insurance solutions to HR, Administration, and Finance teams.
  • Structure and implement Credit Shield insurance solutions with NBFCs, MFIs, and Fintech lending partners.
  • Create and develop B2B2C business opportunities through strategic partnerships.
  • Maintain accurate MIS reports and update CRM systems with lead status, POSP activation details, and corporate sales pipeline information.
Desired Candidate Profile

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience

  • 2–8 years of experience in Life Insurance sales.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Broking, DSA, POSP, or channel management roles.

Education

  • Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).

Certification

  • IRDAI Licensed Insurance Broker certification preferred.

  • Candidates willing to clear the certification within 90 days of joining may also apply.

Preferred Network

  • Existing relationships with POSPs, Corporate HR teams, NBFCs, MFIs, Fintech companies, or other distribution partners will be an added advantage.
