* Generate insurance business through assigned bank branches (4–5 branches).

* Meet customers referred by bank staff and convert leads into sales.

* Build and maintain good relationships with bank employees.

* Support bank staff with product information and sales campaigns.

* Ensure smooth completion of sales, including documentation 

* Help customers with policy issuance and follow-up.

* Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling insurance products.

* Achieve monthly sales targets.

* Graduation Mandatory

* Age up to 30 years

* Minimum 1 year of sales experience

* Good communication and interpersonal skills
