Job Description
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain excellent working relationships with the Branch Managers and staff of assigned partner banks to keep them engaged in insurance sales.

  • Lead Generation & Conversion: Pitch health insurance products to walk-in bank customers and successfully convert leads shared by the bank staff.

  • Portfolio Management: Manage and deepen relationships with the bank's existing high-net-worth (HNW) and retail clients to upsell and cross-sell insurance products.

  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets assigned by the company.

  • Desired Candidate Profile

    Candidate Profile & Qualifications

    • Education: Minimum Graduate degree in any stream.

    • Experience: 1 to 4 years of experience in Sales (preferably in Health Insurance, Life Insurance, BFSI, or Banking sectors).

    • Local Knowledge: Candidate must have a good understanding of the local market in Kochi and fluency in Malayalam and English.

    • Key Skills:

      • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

      • Highly motivated and target-oriented mindset.

      • Ability to handle pressure and maintain high professionalism inside a bank branch environment.

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Salary: Up to ₹3.50,000 Per Annum (LPA) (Depending on experience and current CTC).
