Key Responsibilities

• Generate life insurance business through leads provided by partner bank branches.
• Work closely with 4–5 assigned bank branches and bank staff.
• Promote life insurance products to bank customers.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Conduct customer meetings and explain insurance solutions.
• Support policy processing, medical documentation, and issuance.
• Build long-term relationships with bank employees and customers.
• Cross-sell and up-sell insurance products.
• Conduct branch-level promotional and sales activities.
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines. 

Eligibility

• Any Graduate (UG degree).
• Usually 1+ year experience in Sales, Insurance, Banking, BFSI, Agency, Direct Sales, or Bancassurance.
• Good communication and relationship-building skills.
• Age generally between 21–35 years for many openings.
