Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

 

  • Recruit and develop insurance advisors / agents for business generation.
  • Train and motivate advisors to achieve sales targets.
  • Generate life/health insurance business through the agency team.
  • Conduct field activities, customer meetings, and sales campaigns.
  • Support advisors in lead generation and client acquisition.
  • Drive team productivity and ensure achievement of monthly targets.
  • Monitor advisor performance and provide regular guidance.
  • Build strong relationships with agents and customers.
  • Ensure timely policy issuance and customer service support.
  • Maintain daily sales reports and team activity trackers.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDA regulations.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Minimum 1–4 years of experience in Insurance Sales / Agency Channel / BFSI Sales.
  • Experience in agent recruitment and team handling is preferred.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and motivational skills.
  • Target-oriented and self-driven candidate.
  • Good networking and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work in field sales environment.
  • Local area knowledge will be an added advantage.
