Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank branch staff and officials.
• Generate health insurance business through assigned bank branches.
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets assigned by the company.
• Lead generation through walk-in customers and bank database.
• Conduct customer meetings and explain suitable health insurance products.
• Cross-sell and upsell health insurance policies to bank customers.
• Ensure proper customer service and policy documentation.
• Conduct training and motivation activities for bank employees.
• Maintain daily sales reports and update management regularly.
• Build long-term customer relationships for renewals and references.
• Ensure compliance with company and IRDA guidelines.

Desired Profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Insurance / Bancassurance / Banking Sales.
• Good communication and relationship-building skills.
• Sales-oriented with target achievement mindset.
• Candidate with health insurance experience will be preferred.
• Strong presentation and customer handling skills.
• Local market knowledge is an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Male/Female candidates can apply.
