CTC: ₹7 – ₹10 LPA

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and drive sales through Agency and Direct channels
• Recruit, train, and develop insurance advisors
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve business targets
• Generate business through direct customer acquisition
• Build strong customer and partner relationships
• Monitor team performance and ensure target achievement
• Ensure compliance with company policies and processes
