Job Description
  • Manage and develop business through bank branches (tie-ups)
  • Build strong relationships with Branch Managers and bank staff
  • Drive insurance sales by generating and converting leads
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Conduct joint sales calls and customer meetings
  • Train bank staff on insurance products and sales process
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and policy persistency
  • Monitor daily sales activities and pipeline

  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth policy issuance
    • Desired Candidate Profile
  • Minimum 1–6 years of experience in insurance / bancassurance / BFSI sales
  • Prior experience in bancassurance or bank tie-ups preferred
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills
  • Target-oriented with a proven sales track record
  • Ability to handle multiple branches
