🧾 Job Description:

The Hybrid Manager will be responsible for driving sales through a team of advisors as well as direct channels. The role involves team management, recruitment, training, and achieving business targets in the life insurance segment.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance advisors/agents
• Drive business through agency and/or direct sales channels
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Monitor team performance and provide ongoing support and coaching
• Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews
