Job Description
- Lead and manage the branch operations for the Variable Agency Channel.
- Recruit, develop, and manage a strong team of Business Associates, Agency Leaders, and Life Insurance Advisors.
- Drive sales growth and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
- Ensure effective training, mentoring, and motivation of team members to maximize productivity.
- Monitor and review team performance; implement strategies for consistent growth.
- Build strong customer and advisor relationships by delivering appropriate life insurance solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and regulatory guidelines.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 8+ years of Life Insurance Agency Channel / Variable Agency Channel experience.
- Team handling experience is required.
- Strong leadership, people management, and business development skills.
- Proven track record of achieving business targets in the insurance sector.
- Excellent communication and networking skills.
