We are seeking an experienced Associate Business Manager to drive business through the digital agency channel. The role involves managing agency partners, driving sales performance, and expanding the health insurance business in the assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow the digital agency channel in Tirur and Wayanad
• Recruit, train, and support agency partners/advisors
• Drive sales of health insurance products
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners
• Monitor performance and ensure achievement of sales targets
• Implement business strategies to maximize revenue
• Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines
