Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage and drive overall branch performance
- Handle gold loan operations and business development
- Generate leads through outside marketing and brand promotion
- Achieve monthly sales and business targets
- Ensure smooth branch operations and team management
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure service quality
- Monitor branch growth and profitability
Desired Candidate Profile
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Experience in Gold Loan / NBFC / Financial Services is mandatory
- Strong background in sales, business development, and branch handling
- Good knowledge of gold loan products and processes
- Candidate must have all documents (offer, payslips, relieving/experience letters)
- Stable career (no absconding history)
- Willing to relocate (within budget)
- Tamil language is mandatory
- Notice Period: Immediate / up to 30 days (45 days negotiable)
