Job Description
- Drive sales through direct customer engagement and field activities
Identify and acquire new customers to expand the business portfolio - Build and sustain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable life insurance solutions
- Consistently achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service and follow-up
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 1yr relevant experience in Life Insurance (Agency or Direct Channel)
- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized institution
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
