Job Summary:

We are seeking an energetic and goal-oriented Sales Manager to drive sales and expand the customer base for life insurance products. The role involves managing client relationships, generating leads, and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and acquire new customers for life insurance products
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth policy processing
• Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in any sales (mandatory)
• Experience in insurance or financial services is an added advantage
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
