Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Manager to manage and grow client relationships through virtual channels. The role involves promoting life insurance products, handling customer queries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction without any field sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers via phone, email, or video calls
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable life insurance products
• Achieve sales targets through virtual interactions
• Provide end-to-end support to customers, including onboarding and policy servicing
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
• Follow up with leads and ensure conversion

Skills Required:

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills
• Customer-centric approach
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
• Time management and organizational skills
