Key Responsibilities

• Generate life insurance business through bank branches.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with bank managers and bank staff.

• Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by the company.

• Conduct customer meetings and explain life insurance products.

• Support bank staff in identifying potential customers for insurance products.

• Ensure smooth policy processing and customer service.

Candidate Requirements

✔ Experience in Banca Channel / Insurance Sales / BFSI Sales preferred
✔ Good communication and relationship management skills
✔ Ability to work in a target-driven environment
✔ Local candidate preferred
