Key Responsibilities

1. Team Recruitment

• Recruit insurance advisors / agents to build your sales team.

• Conduct interviews and onboard new agents.

2. Training & Development

• Train agents about life insurance products and sales techniques.

• Support agents in the field to help close sales.

3. Sales Target Achievement

• Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.

• Generate life insurance policies through the agent network.

4. Team Management

• Motivate and guide agents to improve their performance.

• Monitor daily activities and productivity.

5. Customer Relationship Management

• Build relationships with customers.

• Ensure policy servicing and renewal business.

6. Reporting

• Prepare sales reports and update branch managers on team performance.
