Hybrid Manager – Direct Channel (Life Insurance)
Location: Kochi / Ernakulam
Salary: Up to ₹7 LPA CTC (depends on experience & interview)

Experience Required

• Minimum: 5 years in Life Insurance (Direct/Agency channel preferred)

• Graduation mandatory (MBA preferred)

• Experience in direct sales + team handling is usually required.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and manage a team of direct sales executives

• Generate business through field sales, corporate connections, and leads

• Provide joint field support to close insurance policies

• Monitor team performance and achieve monthly/quarterly targets

• Maintain customer relationships and ensure policy servicing

Salary Structure (Typical for this role)

• Fixed salary: ₹4–5.5 LPA

• Variable/Incentives: ₹1.5–2 LPA+ based on performance

• Total CTC: around ₹6–7 LPA
