Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with bank staff and generate insurance business through bank leads.

  • Promote and sell life insurance products to bank customers.

  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.

  • Conduct customer meetings and provide suitable insurance solutions.

  • Support bank partners in cross-selling insurance products.

  • Ensure proper documentation and smooth policy issuance.

  • Maintain regular follow-ups with customers for closures and service.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 1 year experience in insurance sales (Banca / Agency / Direct Channel).

  • Current or recent experience in insurance company is mandatory.

  • Long career gaps will not be considered (only 1–3 months gap acceptable).

  • Good communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to achieve sales targets and work in field sales.
